About us
The Central Tablelands Housing Association (CTHA) is a non profit community based organisation incorporated as an association, and is managed by a volunteer Board of Management. CTHA has an administration office in Orange and four local branches located at Mudgee, Bathurst, Wellington and Orange, delivering both long term and medium term affordable housing.
Company Profile
The association manages a portfolio of 570 properties under a range of different funding programs. The association is responsible for financial and asset management and other housing management policies and procedures, subject to accountability and reporting requirements of government, the Residential Tenancies Act 1987 and other relevant legislation for the housing association sector.
